Please let me know is it possible to use ports from 2 SFP and 2 RJ45 Interface on ASA 5550 Module 1.

Yes you can use them, if yeou are referencing to the ones shown in the doc blow:

yes I was referring to Figure 1-3 Rear Panel LEDs and Ports for the Cisco ASA 5550
Basically I need to use
GigabitEthernet ports - GigabitEthernet 1/0, GigabitEthernet 1/1,
SFP ports - GigabitEthernet 1/2, and GigabitEthernet 1/3
Both at the same time

Just to add to this question, does the SFP ports supports both singlemode and mutimode SFPs.

Not sure if you made a typo, but you can only use one media-type or the other in the SSM module. So you should be using slot0 for your copper and slot1 for fiber. And yes the SSM supports both SM and MM, but you would typically only use SM for very long distances.
