does  ASA5585-S60P60-K9  supports Active/Active failover with security plus ???

I don't believe "security plus" applies to the high end 5585 configurations (only the S10P10 and S20P20 configurations). The base license supports active-active - subject, of course, to your context licenses if running multiple contexts. Reference.
