ASA connection flags

Hi,

Our asa 5520 firewall passing the SIP traffics and I see the connection flags "ti" and "mi".

Is this normal and do we need to do something on it?

I have no clue where to start the trouble shooting with.

Hi,

These flags normally indicate incomplete SIP connections.

We may need to check the logs and see if users are facing any issue.

If it is coming for the same IP you can clear the connection and check again:

clear conn <address>
