ASA-CX can't receive updates from cisco update server

Dears ,

i have CX installed and working well but it couldn't update its database from cisco update server as per attached file

Check what is the error message which you are getting. If its TLS exception then its a listed bug and I don't believe is planning to fix it as they are moving towards FP and already annouced EoL for CX.
