Hell Folks

I have deployed a ASA-CX recently and the requirement was to block 3 web categories.

The procedure I followed was to

selected  I want to add a url object. Under Web category, select some categories to block and click save object. Now go to the Policies tab > select policiesand hover over Access to add a new policy. Give it a name, select to block action and for destination, choose the object you just created. Click save policy.

The other 2 categories are blocked and everything working fine except the blocking for the 'Adult" Category..  I am following the same procedure to block other 2 web categories, (social media and file sharing) and it works fine,

Anybody experienced similar issue ?

Thanks

Hi,

Were you able to check the events on the CX for this traffic if the classification is happening or not ?

Thanks and Regards,
