Hi,
This may be a stupid question, but if I have an active/passive pair how do I connect to the passive box? I need to upload a any connect image.

You can telnet/ssh into the physical address of the passive unit. (Note: This is the address that you assigned the standby when it's not in the primary state. It's the physical address of the inside interface.)

hi, turns out I had not configured an ip address to the second box, called Cisco tac and they assisted me configuring one, all good now.
