ASA failover

Hi 

does any one know weather or not I will need a special intelligent  cable to support the fail over feature on the ASA 5512 x model or can be done over Ethernet ?

It only works with Ethernet. The PIX supported a serial failover-cable, but that's not available any more on the ASA.
