Is there any tool that can be used to document the ASA access rules to an excel or xml file?

The documentation should include source/destination ip addresses, services and action.

1. show run access-list

2. show run access-group

The first shows the access-lists configured and the second shows you which are applied to interfaces. They are text output and may require you also getting the members of an object or object-group to fully document the policy.
