Dears.

i have asa with 8.4 version, i have a public ip address on the outside interface of the ASA, i want ASA to act as a ipsec client connecting to one of the VPN Company in UK providing VPN services.

I have a username and password and secret password for connection provided to me by the VPN services company. Is it possible with ASA.

Actually the goal is to achieve the voice and video on my Cisco Video communication Server. The VOIP and video is blocked in my country by the ITSP.

Thanks

We don't see it used very often but the ASA can be an IPsec client using a feature called "Easy VPN Services". There's an older configuration guide available from Cisco here. There's a YouTube video here that walks you through it as well.

Dear Marvin,

Thanks for the reply,

What i shld use in the group name and password as i don't have any information related to this.

i have a username and password and a name of the server uk.vpnvip.com.

Thanks
