I am trying to establish an Alerting System when a L2L VPN tunnel foes down using Solarwinds.
I am fairly new myself for this kind of thing to monitor VPN tunnels using Solarwinds. I am trying to understand all the components here and any help to establish this alerting system is helpful.
I also created a User defined alerts in solarwinds today with the trigger conditions for Site-to-Site VPN tunnel goes down or Fail Phase at Phase-1 or Phase-2 to receive alerts. But I didn't receive any alert when a Production tunnel went down.
Any help here would be much appreciated.
