ASA QoS for video conferencing

Does anyone have any suggestions for setting up QoS on an ASA to prioritize video conferencing traffic traversing the internet? We have a Tandberg Edge system inside NATed in the ASA with a legal address.

Since it's traversing the internet, I don't think there is much a point. Also the only way it would prioritize in the ASA is when the interface is saturated. Is that occurring?
