I use vpn connection in outsite network . How to use this vpn in inside network via ASA 5510 ?

The VPN is independent of the interface and is configured the same way as on the outside. You just apply your ike and crypto map to the inside interface.

And you know that the ASA 5510 didn't get security updates for a very long time? This device should not connect to any network any more.

Most use case the VPN comes from outside network and it should be a public IP address.

in your case Do you have a Public IP address configured inside interface? and reachable to the internet  for VPN?

Connecting to inside is not a good approach security point of view.
