What could be the issue for "NAT Reverse Path Failure"? We do have rule on the ASA but connectivity is still not working and getting this error.

Hi

That means you have some asymmetric traffic. This usually comes from NAT missconfiguration; I mean natted in 1 way and not in the other...

In addition to the already mentioned NAT-misconfiguration, it could also be a missing ICMP-inspection if you are testing with ICMP ping.
