For ASA5506 can I export a report that explain every user which websites visit and what bandwidth used ?

Not with the base ASA software.

If you're using the FirePOWER module with URL Filtering license, you can get some of this data from the FireSIGHT Management Center

and i have another question , what is the use of this licence ASA5506-CTRL-LIC  ?
