Hi, I tested out FTD on a 5508. I want to roll it back to normal ASA but I can't get the image to boot via the normal rommon recovery.
The images copies via tftp, but then won't boot automatically.
If I try "boot" I get:
"File system not supported"
Anyone any ideas?

Hi Simon,
I see that you are trying to boot the ASA with ASDM image which is incorrect.
Please try the same steps with the correct ASA iOS image.

The command would be "tftpdnld" and also the iOS image will have the extension (.SPA) for 5508 platform.
