Upgrade Path ASA Software

Greetings!!

Can any one please help on getting the correct upgrade path for

1)  8.0(4) to 9.1 ? (Can i upgrade for 8.0->8.4(5)->9.1 ?)

2) 7.2(5) to 9.1 ? (Can i upgrade 7.2->8.4(5)->9.1?)
