ASA5512 change-password command

I am trying to use the command "change-password" to change the password.

But there is a ERROR: Invalid username and ERROR:Password not changed 

Is there any one able to use the command to change the password?

I find that I can change the password after I add the command "aaa authentication enable console LOCAL" .
