asa5512x having trouble with udp timeouts for Polycom side car

We have VOIP phones and two of them have side cars with the extensions on them. The device allows us to see who is on the line and also to select an extension to call. We've found that the ASA is blocking the UDP sessions from the device after a certain point. We've power cycled the side car and it works for almost an hour then stops. I've increased the UDP timeout sessions to a minimum of 300 seconds but it has not helped. We do have another vlan on the network and was wondering if I have to increase the UDP timeout sessions for the vlan specifically?

Hi,

I think you might be seeing the connection timeouts which is default of 1 Hour for TCP.

UDP is 2 Mins.

Try increasing the timout on the ASA device and see if that works for you:-
