The ASAV50S-STD-4 is just a package where you buy four ASAv and get a little discount for that.
BYOL is "Bring your own license". When operating the ASAv in a cloud like AWS, you can buy the license from AWS or you can "bring your own license".

So if we have HA, we need to buy two license ryt ?

If you want to have HA in case of a host-failure or while updating/reloading the ASA, then you need two of these licenses.

Why would you aim for HA when using virtual ASA?
Why not relying on your hypervisor redundancy?
