ASAv5 license CPU/RAM limitations for ASAvs deployed in Azure.

We currently have ASAv deployed in Azure - Size Standard DS3 v2 (4 vcpus, 14 GiB memory). We are using an ASAv30 licence which will soon expire and we are considering purchasing another ASAv5 licence. However, I wonder if ASAv5 is limited to fewer vCPUs and RAM? I can't find this anywhere and thanks in advance for your help.

that is the basic requirement for the ASA to work as expected, resource is very important for the Firewall to work as optimal :
