im trying to access the ASA 5520 and getting the attached error ?
any clues ? . I can telnet to the ASA without any issue . before i was able to access to ASA from same PC without any issues

Is the client you are connecting from an IPSEC vpn user? If so, this is by design.
To enable management from that network you will need to issue this command:
ciscoasa(config)# management-access inside

Dears ,
The issue has been solved , I just restarted the ASA and everything worked fine , There was no configuration changes
