Asdm freezes after upgrade and reboot

since I dis an upgrade  the asa5516 I cant connect anymore using the the Asdm interface. It says upgrade complete and doesn't go anywhere

how can I resolve ?

Try upgrading your version of Java.

I downloaded and installed the new version asdm-771-150.bin,  copy it and recreated the image and it worked fine after that.
