ASDM HTTP error code 503

Hello everyone!

Can not get ASDM to Launch, receive HTTP error code 503  - Service Unavailable

Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 8.2(3)

Device Manager Version 6.2(1)

Java Runtime 5 update 22

Any suggestions?

Can you tell me what exactly you need because the configuration is quite big and it will take some time to sanitize

I can access ASA over http, download the Launcher, but when I log in I get the error I mentioned above

Hi Bro

Is your workstation having this problem, or all the workstations accessing to the FW is having similar issue?

Anyhow, please do download the latest JAVA version 7 Update 5 onto your workstation and ensure you don't have aqny proxy settings enabled in your Internet browser. This should be good.

If this still doesn't work, download the latest ASDM version asdm-634-53.bin and ensure you've this command set in your FW asdm image flash:/asdm-634-53.bin. This should be good.
