I am working with a Cisco ASA5540 firewall, and had the ASDM up working okay. It suddenly stopped working, and now just displays a "Page Not Found 404 Error", when trying to load it up via Does anybody have an idea of what may have happened?
I have tried running it from the DOS command line, and get a "Unable to launch the application."
I ran the following command on the firewall:
ciscoasa5540# show run asdm
asdm history enable
ciscoasa5540#
This might be a certificate related issue, as I recently installed SSH connectivity on the firewall.
Unfortunately, I am unable to remove the SSH configuration. I get this:
ciscoasa5540(config)# ssh disconnect ?
exec mode commands/options:
<0-2147483647> SSH session id to be disconnected
I do not know what the SSH session id is. Please help. I really need the ASDM to be up and running again. Thank you!
