Hello how do i export the ASDM syslog message to a file and how far back can I go to get information?

Hi Damon,

You can export the syslog messages displayed by ASDM by right-clicking in the syslog area and choosing "Save Content". This will give you a CSV file that you can read or parse.

By default, ASDM uses a circular buffer of 100 messages. You can adjust the size of this buffer with the 'logging asdm-buffer-size' command:
