press that save button then configuration will copy to your computer, 1s that complete press refresh button.
you'll be able to access the ASDM.

Christopher,
It should be a Java problem. You need Java6 update(7) or older version.

Hi ,
If you have jre update 1.6.10 or 1.6.11 version then it may create problem with ASDM launcher.
1 )Procedure is if you have the Jre update 10 or 11 then 1st revert back to update 1.6.6 & 1.6.7 .
2) Go to the ASDM Installation folder (default: C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\ASDM)
3) Right Click the File in the folder called asdm-launcher.config & remove the Read-Only attribute
4) Edit the asdm-launcher.config file in Notepad
5) Add the below line to the Config File
javapath c:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_07\bin\client\jvm.dll
6) Save the Config File & Run ASDM
try this if it work's .
