Hi to all,
after a failed backup procedure , i have canceled the backup job.
However the backup procedure seems to be active and i can not access even the ACP , the messages i get are in the following screenshot.
Any ideas how i can stop this ghost process?
Running FMC 7.6.0-113 and FTD version 7.4.2.1
I have seen some threads that mention that i should open a TAC case for this. Is this necessary or can i do something to remediate this?
