FTD boot images for an ASA 5512 should be named like "ftd-boot-9.9.2.0.cdisk"
See this location for the valid files:

An amber (or orange) LED usually indicates a hardware problem.
Please confirm which LED is amber on your system, refer to this guide:

the problem is resolved but i have alarm orange in ASA ...so please what's command can check this alarm orange !!
