Blocking Plum Voice login

I can visit www.plumvoice.com whenever I login that is when the firewall blocks the page.  https://insight.plumvoice.com/account_manager/login

Reached out to Plum Voice who scanned their site and said the phishing/malware is a miscategorization. How to resolve with Cisco ?
