Can configure Phone Proxy in IOS ROUTER

I need configure Phone Proxy but not whit ASA, I haver router 7200, and mi cuestion is that if I can configure it how Phone Proxy server?

I don't believe that phone proxy feature is supported on IOS router. As far as I know phone proxy is only supported on ASA firewall.
