Hello team,
We have problems to update snort3 signatures (LSP) from automatic updates on the FMC, we are geting the "device is not registered" message. We use proxy server to contact the public sites of content updates, and the snort2 signatures are updating fine.
The licensing of the FMC and FTD are fine too.
Versions of software and HW:
FMC 7.1.0.1
FTD 7.1.0.1-28

And there doesnt seem to be a work-around other than manually downloading the LSP update and installing it.
You could have a look at this bug and see if allowing echo replies (if possible) can help with the situation.
