Can the ASA support using a different SSH Port

     As per my knowledge the ASA does not support this. Uless we have a natting device before the ASA redirecting some ther port to port 22 of the ASA.

I just heard from the enduser that he is talking about ssh between endpoints, by changing the server to listen on a higher port for SSH traffic. The problem I think is not creating a new port, but that the global inspection policy may not like seeing SSH on a different port.

any thoughts Som?

Hi,

Try doing port redirections , if thats what you need

static( inside, outside) tcp 2.2.2.2 1234 192.168.2.1 22
