I am wondering if two ASA be able to build up a loadbalance such as active/active mode, balance the traffic, ?

Yes, running the ASA's in active/active is so you can load balance traffic. Here's a link with more information.

Cisco ASA does not provide load balancing by itself, for load balancing you will have to use a Router/ L3 switch or load balancer upstream/ downstream of the ASA devices.
Also for ASA cluster to be in Active/Active, you will have to configure it in multi context mode.
In multi context mode you cannot use features like VPN, dynamic routing, etc.
