I am using ASA 5506 with version 9.6 , can I configure DHCP with mac address binding .

If yes please sample configuration commands

I think just static mac address reservation.

You can create static dhcp reservation for a Mac Address, the following link could be useful:

HI Julio,
But as per above link it says that we have to configure DHCP on layer-3 switch which is not possible in scenario,
I want to configure DHCP server on ASA only.

ASA does not support reservations in it's own DHCP server. You have to use an external DHCP server and relay for that.
