Can we register IP phone from internet?

Can we register IP phone from internet . Applying public address as TFTP server where desired forwarding done .or we need to do only VPN only?

What is the configuration required or what sort of ports needs to be forwarded on firewall behind that CUCM placed, and on the IP phone and on the router behind that IP phone is placed??
