Can you install QPM with CiscoWorks 2000 LMS/RWan ?

I need to know if QPM can coexist on a server having already CiscoWorks 2000 LMS and/or RWan bundles installed.

We are running CD-One (4th Edition) and QPM 2.1 on the same server as LMS 2.0 and we haven't seen any problems so far.
