cannot access dmz devices using vpn

There is permission and nonat defined for the network 

What could be the problem

Are we talking site 2 site VPN or remote access VPN? What ASA model are you using? what software version are you running?  Please provide a little more info on your issue and how you are testing so that we can help you further.

Would help to see a sanitized full running configuration of your ASA (and in the case of site 2 site VPN, the remote site configuration as well).
