Cannot connect to ASA Firewall

Hey, I have an issue with my ASA Firewall, I can't connect to the firewall through Putty or ASDM launcher i tired to reboot the firewall but still no luck.

ASA Version: ASA Version 9.8(4)

I have the config file of the firewall what should I search for, i need to log in to the firewall
