Cannot seem to extend ASDM logging to 512 messages

My logging setup is as follows:

logging enable

logging asdm-buffer-size 512

logging asdm debugging

logging flash-bufferwrap

I am running v8.0(3) and ASDM v6.0(3). My ASDM logging window still only retains the last 100 records (further verified by saving the contents of the window to a file - the file contains exactly 100 records. Am I missing something?

Try adding logging asdm command

I quote from link!!

Usage Guidelines

When the ASDM log buffer is full, security appliance deletes the oldest message to make room in the buffer for new messages. To control whether logging to the ASDM log buffer is enabled or to control the kind of system log messages retained in the ASDM log buffer, use the logging asdm command.

The ASDM log buffer is a different buffer than the log buffer enabled by the logging buffered command.
