cisco has free elearning /quick learning modules for ASA configuration .

does any one knows a similar kind of website for checkpoink firewall

Raj, why checkpoint? better off with ASAs.

Personaly I do not know any free documentation on checkpoint at least from while back before we migrated NG to cisco PIXes, you may try geting that info from this link.
