I have a ASA 5585x with SSP 40. Since it has an SSP 40 should the 10GE I/O perpetual? Is it going to expire?

The 5585-X with SSP-40 10 GE license should be permanent and included by default.
I'm not sure why it is showing up as due to expire on your system.
