Cisco Anyconnect

Hi,

I am using Cisco ASA 5508-x 9.4

I have some users who connect via any-connect receive:

VPN establishment capability from a remote desktop is disabled.  A VPN connection will not be established.

Any ideas?

This happens because the default AnyConnect policy does not allow you to VPN in if someone else is also logged into your machine.

This can be because a "Switch User" has been done on Windows (rather than a "logout"), or because you are trying this on a terminal server.
