Cisco ASA 5506-x problem with clients that have manually configured static address.

Hi,
I have the ASA with address range 172.26.0.10 - 172.26.0.200 configured as dhcp server
I have configured a PC on the inside network with a manual static IP address 172.26.0.3 that is not in the range of the dhcp server. To access the PC from the Internet.
The problem is that there are many https pages that give me timeout error.
If I configure the same PC with an automatic dynamic address, everything works fine, but I can't access it from the internet.

I'm curious; what do you have configured for your DNS when you assign a static IP for your PC?

the same that I have in the dhcp configuration 8.8.8.8
