Can anyone tell me the end of engineering date for Cisco ASA 5516 with firepower services?

When will cisco stop sending patches and other updates.

2026 is the end of support

Last Date of Support: HW

The last date to receive applicable service and support for the product as entitled by active service contracts or by warranty terms and conditions. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete.

In addition to the support detail mentioned already, ASA software for the 5516-X ends at 9.16 but that is still actively being patched:

The same applies to the Firepower service module (7.0.x versions are the highest) and FTD image options (also top out at 7.0.x)
