Is there a list of the current 'recommended' software versions for Cisco ASA 5510?

Is there a link to an upgrade procedure for the Cisco ASA 5510?

Hi always stick with the safe harbour images , there the ones with the star beside them , you have 2 choices for 5510 9.1.7 or 8.4.7
