hi Cisco,

i am configuring Cisco ASA 5508-x on our network, on the interface Gig 1/2 "inside" i am using the gateway 192.168.1.1 and it works well, i can still open the ASDM launcher, but  it fails when i am trying to use 192.168.0.1 on the same interface? thank you!

Regards,

Philbert

Do you mean you are trying to change the interface address to 192.168.0.1? Is your client that's running ASDM on that same subnet?

If not, does the ASA have a route to the subnet where the client is located? If so, have you allowed http(s) (used by ASDM) from the client subnet?
