Cisco ASA5516 FirePOWER IPS, AMP and URL Licenses in HA Architecture

In a H.A. scenario with 02 x appliances 5516-X and  01 x license L-ASA5516-TAMC= (Cisco ASA5516 FirePOWER IPS, AMP and URL Licenses), i understand that I need just one license for this cluster. Is it correct?

No that's not correct.

Each sensor, whether or not it's part of an HA pair or cluster, requires a separate license. that applies whether it's an ASA Firepower service module or ASA running Firepower Threat Defense image.

When buying new, there is a promotional SKU that provides a discount on the secondary member.
