I have been getting conflicting information on Cisco ASAV on AWS.
We had subscribed to Cisco ASAV pay by the hour on AWS . When we hit an issue and tried to raise a ticket with Cisco, Cisco would not support it as there was no license contract associated with it.
Based on this we decided to go the route of CISCO ASAV with BYOL on AWS. However I have been hearing conflicting reports on this and wanted to check up with someone who uses CISCO ASVAv on how the support works . Does Cisco support any configuration issues that we raise , or is support limited in comparison to getting a physical ASA box. Any experiences to be aware of ?
