CISCO CCP PROBLEM !!!

after iam install ccp and all prerequisite ,,, when try to open it found error (cisco configuration professional use port 2038 and port is blocked or taken by another problem) and it not reserved for any program also i try to disable firewall att all and problem still occued so any one can help me !!!

Assuming you are asking about the Cisco Configuration Professional (CCP) tool.

CCP should be using http (tcp/80) or https (tcp/443) to access devices. Can you provide more details and possibly a screen shot showing the use of port 2038?
