Cisco CX from Prime security manager

Hello all, 

I have the cxc module for asa 5515.

Can anyone tell If there is a way to block specific incoming trafiic and how....

I 'm trying to block the incoming traffic from team viewer in order to user cisco vpn.

But we have licence team viewer in order to support our clients, so the external traffic for team viewer we want it enable.

Any help will be apreciate.

Hi,

You can block the Team Viewer but that requires AVC license on the CX:-

I think then you can create an access policy on this issue and block the team viewer application.

ok I found that, but I want to block teamviewer only the incoming traffic, I want to be able to use teamviewer in order to support users/clients.
